1. Have an avatar on your Blogger profile and Register to the Shoutbox with the same screenname and avatar within 24 Hours
2. Read and post an agreement to the Guidelines page and introduce yourself on the Shoutbox within 24 Hours
3. Post at least one request of a different celeb per week to give other members a chance to request theirs
4. Comment on your requests to thank the faker.. FYI, the more you post will give your future requests priority
5. All current members post 3-6 comments daily and set the standard we expect all new members to follow, it's only fair!!
